She Sees Eternity, And Laughs!

October 21, 2020

(Ok...this blog post needs to be read while listening to this wonderfully anointed instrumental, "Fill My Heart - Worship Instrumental" by Kyle Lovett. Also, if you don't follow him on YouTube, I strongly recommend that you do so)!

I just love this picture!

A little over a week ago, my husband, the three babies and I made an impromptu visit to Perris Lake. The day started out rocky; an overlooked, and ultimately missed, appointment had created a minor argument and hurt feelings. Thankfully, I was able to discern the devil’s hand in it and through prayer, made an effort to redeem the time.

So, on our way home from a day of appliance shopping, we stopped at the lake. Empress and Noah were too excited to go on an adventure and take a swim! I was excited to be in the sun, by the water (which is like one of my most favorite places to be) and see the happiness on my children’s faces.

Then, I snapped this picture. At the time, I thought the picture was dope but it wasn’t until a few days later, as I was reviewing the pictures of that day, that I realized the depth of wisdom and revelation the picture truly contained.

“Clothed with strength and dignity, she can laugh at the days to come” - Proverbs 31:25 (CJB Translation) is the scripture that I heard when I saw this picture. However, Father didn’t stop there. He began to speak, “yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end” - Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NLT Translation). Realizing that Father still had more to speak, I pressed and pressed and pressed until I got the full revelation. This is a picture of TIME!

This picture captured a Moment of Time within the Time. The Time was Saturday afternoon at Perris Lake, but the Moment of Time was a selfie of Truth and I. Within this Moment of Time, I am actually looking ahead into the Time To Come. My Time to Come and Truth’s Time To Come. And, suddenly, I began to prophesy into our times!

I love the Hebrew word for Moment. In the Hebrew, the word is “Rega” and it’s identified as Strong’s H7281. The word “rega” means to wink, as in the winking of an eye. Within the wink of an eye, I was able to capture eternity.

Truly, Father made this moment of time so very beautiful in its time for me! He has planted eternity within all of our hearts and though I only see in part, the part that He has allowed me to see is cause to rejoice! And not only does He allow me to see, but He allows me to plant! Not just into Truth but into my generations for eternity!

And THIS is the reason why I can stand and laugh at our days to come!

In His Love,

Reina & Truth
